… my achy tooth is not in need of a cavity or a root canal.  Phew.  Bad news is that there seems to be nothing wrong with it, other than it hurts.  Well, it doesn’t hurt right now.  So I can medicate when it does hurt and call up the dentist if it gets loose or changes color or some other ominous symptom appears.

february-2008-014.jpgAfter the dentist yesterday, I buzzed by the rather large goodwill store and found some lovely Holly Hobbie glasses.  There were four, but I only bought two.  For some reason, they wanted $4.99 a piece!  I will have to look up what they’re going for now-a-days.  They are old; 1972 is the date on them.  I just couldn’t justify 20$ for the set!  I also found an old wooden Wilson tennis racket in pretty decent shape for $3.  The one with Holly Hobbie herself says “Start each day in a happy way” and the one with the pink girl on a swing (and a kitty too!) says “The time to be happy is now”.  It sure is.

And while away this past weekend, I found this lovely lady.  I think she needs an apron. mini dress form
