The landscapers were in and out in one day, gone before three o’clock. They watered the seeds before they left, but after I went out there, I found there was a lot of watering left to do. What a pain! Note to self: next time get a sprinkler system installed.
I spent a good chunk of the next morning circling and circling the house, moving sprinklers, pulling hoses, getting wet and splooching in the mud.
The whole while I was wondering if it was going to rain. It was cloudy and humid. What a waste of watering that would have been. But I lucked out and the sun was soon high in the sky.
I fixed that hose there this morning when I watered yet again (this is getting old already and I have at least 8 more days of this). Is it that hard to tighten up the hose fittings so they don’t leak?
Muddy feet and all!

The crocs are perfect for this kind of work, I use my croc flip flops for gardening all the time.
What a messy yucky job!
