My friend Michelle sent me a necklace with matching bracelet, a ring and some pretty earrings last month in exchange for making her daughter a doll.  I have since been fretting over taking pictures of them all, but can’t get many good ones.  Jewelry is hard to photograph!  I took some pictures last week- no good.  I took some pictures Monday- OK.  Then today I found this sweet little polaroid app over at Thimbly Things (she has a sweet new camera, I’m so jealous!) and decided to show you a few pictures.

img_4348-polaThe necklace, matching bracelet and ring were all made by Michelle.  The ring is made of a delicate silver wire bent into a swirl with a blue bead attached.  I’m so amazed at the things she comes up with!  Which reminds me, I need to take a picture of the other necklace she made for me, I’m such a slacker!!

img_4356-polaThe necklace is made up of individual bead-sets on wire.  The wire has loops on either end, and the bead-sets are all attached together.  I don’t know the techinal term for this, but it looks like it was tons of work!  Thank you, Michelle!

These polaroids are fun.  And then I just had the thought to label them in my paint.net.
